This policy explains what Proxy Manager ("we") keeps when you use Proxy Manager, and why.
1What we keep
- Your account: email address, password (stored scrambled, never readable), language, plan and its dates.
- Your devices: their names and when they were last used.
- Security: the IP addresses your devices connect from, with their country and internet provider, to stop account sharing and abuse.
- Connections: when you connect, from which IP, to which server (and the IP address that server gave you), and how much data you use.
- Payments: what you bought and when. Card, PayPal and crypto details are handled by Stripe, PayPal or NOWPayments — we never see your card.
- Support: the messages you send us.
- Website: when you download an app from this website, which app, your kind of device (computer or phone), your country and a scrambled code of your IP (not the IP) — to count downloads.
2What we never keep
The pages you open, what you send or receive, or your searches. Website names are only counted in daily totals that are not linked to you.
3Who else sees data
Only the companies that help us run the service: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments), our email service, and our server host. We never sell your data.
4How long
While your account exists. When you delete your account (My account → Delete account), it is closed at once and you are signed out everywhere; we keep your records for 24 months (security, refunds and requests from the authorities), then erase them. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. To reopen a closed account within that time, contact us.
5Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data. Write to [your support email].
