- 7-day refund: if Proxy Manager does not work for you, write to [your support email] (or Support in the app) within 7 days of your first payment of a plan and we refund it.
- Renewals: an automatic renewal can be refunded if you ask within 48 hours and did not use the new period.
- No refund for accounts closed for breaking the terms of service, or after 7 days.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid (card, PayPal). Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin, minus network fees.
